Cancellation Policy
Credit card information will be required in order to book an appointment. Nothing will be charged unless you do not follow my cancellation/rescheduling policy.
You must reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. This will result in no charge.
If you cancel after the 48 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service you have booked for.
If you do not call to let me know of the cancellation, or do not show, you will be charged 100% of the service you have booked for.
If you must pay with card, you will be charged a 3% processing fee. The only other payments I accept are cash, check, Venmo & Zelle.
